3 Delicious Crowd Pleasing Jack Daniel BBQ Marinades

Jack Daniels BBQ Marinade Recipe

Three Of Best Jack Daniel Barbecue & Dessert Recipes

Jack Daniel can be used for grilling, or cooking most types of foods. It can be make into a Jack Daniel’s sauce for dipping, or Jack Daniel meat marinade, a thick Jack Daniels barbecue sauce, or even a dessert!

Grilling and Jack Daniels BBQ sauce are a winning combination. You can find Jack Daniel’s BBQ Sauce on store shelves, but it never quite has the taste I’m looking for, so I prefer to make my own Jack Daniel’s bbq sauces, and marinades. It is very simple, and your sure to get many complements from your family or dinner guests.

Don’t forget to try my personal favorite pecan pie…. Enjoy

Of Course Your will want some desert, so why not go with my personal favorite chocolate pecan pie. We are going to kick it up a notch keeping with our whiskey theme. This is great for the holidays……Oh, yeah enjoy!

JACK DANIELS BOURBON PECAN PIE

2 grade A large eggs (slightly beaten)
1/4 cup dark Karo syrup
3/4 cup sugar
4 teaspoons corn starch
8 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup Jack Daniels bourbon
6 oz semi-sweet chocolate
1 bag pecan halves

  • Preheat: 350 degrees
  • Mix eggs, Karo syrup, and then combine the sugar and corn starch, add to egg mixture.
  • Melt chocolate and butter, cool. Add bourbon and combine with egg mixture. Beat together in mixer on slow speed.
  • Pour into a 9 inch unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle pecan halves evenly on top.
  • Bake the pie on a cookie sheet for one hour. The pecan pie should be firm and will “set-up” while cooling.

Note: If this is made using other brands, or a “knock off” of bourbon your pie may not be as tasty.Jack Daniels has a taste all it’s own….

To make an impressive looking pie, lay the pecan halves on top in a circle around the edge and keep making circles until the pie top is covered rather then sprinkling them on top.
