Simple and easy to prepare, perfect for a romantic dinner fire side, or a small dinner party. Serve these delicious little neck clams with a cold beer, or a nice bottle of white wine.

Ingredients

1/2 can 12-oz beer
1/4 cup honey barbecue sauce
3 dozen littleneck clams, scrubbed
juice of 1/2 lemonPreparation:
- Fire up the grill to medium heat.
- Mix together wet ingredients
- Place clean and debearded clams on a sheet pan covered with heavy-duty
- Drizzle with the lemon juice, barbecue sauce, and beer mixture.
- Fold over the alumimum foil to create a loose foil packet for the clams. Leave room for the clams to open.
- Put the foil pack on the grill over medium heat or indirect coals, cover, and grill the foil packet for 15 minutes, until the clams open and the liquid in the foil is bubbling.
- Do not eat the unopened clams discard
