Mama’s Scallop Potato Recipe

I have to tell you potatoes are on of my favorite foods. If you don’t like them one way, you can fix them another. Cover them, smother um, fry um, bake um, they are the universal go with almost any barbecued meat that you can grill up.

OK, I guess I made my point. I just love my potatoes.

My daughters nick name is tater bug, and no she doesn’t look like a potato, but she love them as much as I do. All this tater talk has me hungry for my most favorite potato dish. Mama’s Scallop Potatoes. I’m going to go whip up some, and then while their baking, I’m going to grill up some sweet and spicy grilled chicken breasts on the barbecue grill.

Don’t forget now is the perfect time, to get the materials, and a few good hands and build yourself a 55 gallon  grill that you can show off to all your friends, and this will of course lead to them wanting to build a bigger and better grill, and this will lead to dueling grills, with tongs a turning, and slop mops a slopping, and winner will be ……I’ll let your personal barbecue fans be the judges on that tasty subject.

Happy Grilling … These go great with pulled pork sandwiches Find the recipe click here
