Ingredients

1/4 cup prepared barbecue sauce
1/2 cup mango or apricot nectar
1/2 tsp ground ginger
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halvesDirections
Spay with an even coat of cooking spray the unheated grill rack Preheat the grill.
In a bowl, mix together the fruited nectar, the barbecue sauce, and the ginger.
Place the chicken over medium coals on the rack and grill. You will need to turn the chicken occasionally.
Basting with sauce the last 15 minutes, or until a thermometer inserted in the thickest portion of the chicken registers 160°F and the meat juices run clear.
