Whether you are craving a sweet fried treat or a savory southern fried favorite, this article has several recipes that even the inexperienced cook can master! So if you’re in the mood for a nice fry-up, have a look at the following dishes:
Southern Fried Chicken Strips
1 lb of chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 cup buttermilk
1 1/4 cup of flour
1 tbsp of chicken instant bouillon
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp paprika
vegetable or peanut oil for frying
Recently, I was at a quickly food restaurant named Harvey’s. I was trying to decide regardless of whether to get french fries with my hamburger, or onion rings. See, I commonly get the rings simply because I love onions. But I like fries too. Luckily Harvey’s had some thing known as “frings” to order, which is really a combination of both. But that got me considering – I’d adore to have the ability to eat onion fries. Nobody has produced this before, but somebody should. We could call it “fronions!”
Directions:
In a substantial bowl, mix together the buttermilk, chicken bouillon, and oregano. Set this aside for about ten minutes, then stir well. Roll or stir them to make certain they may be fully coated. In a plastic bag, add the flour and paprika. Chuck in the few pieces of chicken at a time, seal the bag, then shake it to coat the chicken. Remove the chicken strips, coat them within the buttermilk mixture again, then shake them within the flour again. Heat the oil inside a big frying pan and fry the chicken pieces until they are golden brown all over. Drain using paper towels, then serve.
I know what you’re possibly considering – They can’t make fronions. OK, I admit, it might be difficult. But I think it is usually done. After all, rocket scientists set a man for the moon. What do you feel could be harder – Putting a man around the moon or putting an onion inside a french fry?
Fried Fish
Ingredients:
1 lb fish fillets (cod or haddock are best, but tilapia will do)
1/4 tsp of paprika
1/2 cup of flour
oil for frying
salt and pepper (to taste)
Directions:
I think if we just put some leading engineers about the problem, they will locate a solution. I imagine that they could come across a solution to inject an onion into a french fry. However they do it doesn’t matter, as long as they get it done.
